Ze Blog.

I had never made a blog before this semester. I never really knew why people made them. I found out that some people blog for a living, but it seems to me that there may be 1000 bloggers of equal capabilities but only a lucky one of them will snowball into a hit. It has been fun to come on here and vent about some things. There was virtually no research required to write one of these, so I could write whatever came to mind and get some thoughts on paper. The only qualm I had was the deadlines. I understand that they must be there to keep everyone from writing five quick ones on December 9, but it was like required reading, I read sometimes, but when I have to read a book by a certain time I always procrastinate.

I do not think that I will carry on this blog for multiple reasons. For one, a blog is supposed to be something you enjoy doing. I do not dislike writing the blogs, I just enjoy doing other things more. Also, I do not know how many people would read my blog. If I told my friends to read it, they might come here once. I do not know how many people there are that want to read what I have to say about everyday things because, like I said before, with no advertising it would be a one in a million shot for lots of people to start following me, and to be completely transparent, that seems like the only worthwhile way of doing this; to get a lot of followers and put ads on the site to generate revenue. Otherwise I can use Facebook for my pithy comments.
